With 13 years of experience in retail management, Jordan developed a keen expertise in operational efficiency, team leadership, and customer engagement. Transitioning to entrepreneurship, he spent 4 years running his own business, gaining valuable insights into financial oversight and strategic planning. At Integcrete, Jordan combines his diverse skill set to enhance asset utilization and contribute to the company’s growth and success in the construction industry. Jordan has been married to his wife Melisa for 17 years and has 2 girls that he loves to spend as much time as possible with. Jordan also loves serving the community alongside his family at their church where he is involved in the youth ministry and young adult mentorships.
